Structural Description

The pump body features an integral volute casting design. The main chamber houses the impeller within a spiral flow channel, with a central opening for impeller installation and an integrated side discharge outlet. Symmetrical mounting lugs are cast onto the outer wall to facilitate secure assembly with the pump frame and discharge piping. The internal flow channels undergo precision machining and wear-strengthening treatments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal hydraulic loss. The unit offers high structural rigidity and excellent resistance to deformation and vibration during submerged operation, perfectly suiting the vertical long-shaft configuration.

Material Specifications

Standard materials include high-chrome wear-resistant cast iron, gray cast iron, and ductile iron. For corrosive or abrasive applications, materials can be upgraded to 304/316L stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, or wear-resistant alloys. Flow-contact surfaces can be treated with hard-facing (weld overlay), ceramic spraying, or plastic lining to balance structural strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making the pump suitable for complex environments involving solid particles, acidic/alkaline fluids, and high-temperature media.

Designed for continuous pumping operations where the pump body is submerged below the liquid level. It operates stably across ambient to medium temperature ranges and at various depths, eliminating risks of dry running or cavitation, ensuring controllable leakage, and offering a compact footprint.
